iP4200 Print Head Replacement Error

My iP4200 (which I only use for labelling DVD’s and CD’s) generated a faulty print head error code. I installed a brand new print head, but cannot get rid of the error code, so the printer will not operate. Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to remove the error code, and get it working. Many thanks, Karl
