New battery - notification for service (SMC issue?)

Today I received a battery from ifixit for my macbook pro 15 retina 2013. This is the second battery I received from ifixt it after 6 months, because the previous one proved to be faulty.

I installed the new one and I still get “service recommendation” in conditions field. So what is going on?? I tried to reset SMC system but still have the same issue. Also it looks like that the battery’s manufacture date is 2011 (according to coconut battery app)!! Could that be possible?

I also have a late 2013 15" Retina and replaced my battery today. While everything is working perfectly and Coconut Battery is reporting what should be expected of a new battery, it's oddly listing a battery manufacture date of 1/3/11 which is more than 2.5 years BEFORE this model was released.

This cannot be correct.
