White Screen of Death when receiving calls / locking screen.

Hey everyone my screen as mentioned goes white when I have an incoming call (and can't answer) or when I tap the power button to lock the phone. Otherwise the phone functions perfectly. No water damage or physical damage. Haven't checked for loose ribbons yet.. But from what I've read it's either that or a faulty LCD? It's on iOS 5 so I've ruled out software. Any other possible suggestions?

My only other thought on this would be an issue with the logicboard, but i tend to think since everything else works perfectly its the lcd or loose ribbon. Any thoughts welcomed!
