Touching on the screen
At the white screen or the fram of the phone
The button right that is responsible for return
When I touch on it it can't return back
What should I do?

Start by restarting the phone. Hopefully that will fix it.
If not go into Settings, Navigation Bar and make sure the Navigation type you desire is chosen. If nothing else deselect then select it again to make sure the system resets your selection.
Give your choices a try and with any luck all is well.
