So I don't know what I did but those lines appeared when I reconnected the screen and lcd cables again. the screen is not cracked or the LCD I think I broke something idk what but that screen worked just fine before I did that I really need help on this

It could be that the connectors are not fully connected into place. Double check all the display connectors to make sure that it is connected properly. If it still has lines on the display, inspect the cables to the screen as well as the connection points on the board to make sure nothing is torn or damaged.

Ok so I have disconnected a lot of times the screen before this happened I checked and nothing appears to be damage but I know that while I was opening it I tore a little bit the top ribbon cable were the ear piece speaker is do you think that is the problem
@alexiolabest It sounds like the display cable has been torn, even slightly can cause that problem. You are probably going to need a new display, as I do not think that you can repair that.
@carsman248 thanks for the advice I thought that the top ribbon cable was for the sensor and I didn't have any affect because the two bottom cables look in mint condition so I guess I gotta buy a new screen and a battery
