I have the Ipad Pro 2015 first gen A1584. In an attempt to replace the battery the screen cracked.

I’m extremely confused on what exactly I should be buying to replace the screen without having to do any soldering work.

1. What screens require the display flex cable and which do not?
2. Why Do people pay 200$ for a screen that doesn’t include a home button?

4. Is the display flex cable 100% required?
5. What if I want a new ipad pro screen without touch id? since touch id is pretty terrible to begin with.
