Why is my dishwasher staying in wash cycle and not filling with water?

I have a DW80K5050US dishwasher. I’ve replaced the case break overflow sensor but the problem still persists.

I ran it on diagnostic test and it gives out 0t which I believe means success.

The dishwasher can start the wash cycle but it just stays in wash and incrementally pumps in water into the machine every 20-25s I’d say. It just repeats like so.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
