Poor audio with calling after replacing accu

Hi,

I have replace a accu from an iPhone x. Now I have the problem that sometimes when i’m calling with other people (GSM and Whatsapp), it looks like that i’m calling under water, they hear me badly. So I have replace now the Dockconnector with microphone, but this dont fix the problem.

Is there anybody who has the same problem and therefore an solution?
