Charger working and battery working but not charging

I dropped my phone and the screen got damaged.i changed it and started working.only to find the problem of not charging..it only works on charge..tried to change the battery but still not working the same way..when it's on charge I can use it all day but immediately I remove it on charge it shows that the battery is low..
