Touchpad and keyboard not working in OS but working in OS installer.

Trackpad and Keyboard work fine in OS installer however as soon as it gets to the OS, it stops working.

I’ve tried all the normal PRAM and SMC resets etc.

It seems to be a software issue, I have reinstalled the OS twice and neither worked as soon as it got to the OS.
