My printer only blinking on color light
My Canon pixma E400 printer no working at all. Show error 5B00 and when im turn on my printer its only color light blinking. No blinking on power or black or on flash logo. Please help me out. Thank you

Have you checked ink levels to see if that cartridge is out of ink.

Hi daniel, thank you for your response. I already change for both catridge. Is still show error, Error code show “5B00”. Power light, warning light and black light not blinking at all. Even im turn it on or off only blinking at the color light.
