Vertical and one horizontal lines, ghosting image

Hello, I would like to ask question about my LG 32lb561v. I found that, backlight LED´s were burned (2 of them) and bought new line strips. Installed them and the problem is still there, as you can see on the photos.

I was looking on YouTube videos and also tried moving the video cables from Tcon board and cables to the LCD. Removed them and reconnecting all of them since I replaced the led strips. Capacitors are not swollen. Now I´m hopeless and I might think that the LCD is bad. If so there is no need to replace the panel. I´m just curious if there is something that I´m missing.

I´m looking forward for advice from you guys. Thank you.

Tomas

Here are some photos and video, when hooked up via HDMI to PC.

When the TV is only turn on and the LG logo hover over and when it is on the upper side then everything seems normal. Also, when the logo is on bottom right you could see only small vertical line. But when the logo hits the middle spot then everything showed up.

Hope this will help you.

@tomask this is somewhat hard to see. It appears as if part of your screen stays actually black as well. Hopefully that is not why you repalced teh LED’s. Clear demarcations like that are never caused by bad backlight but always caused by missing signals. If so, this could be an issue with the Gate drivers on your LCD driver board (which is part of the panel and thus not a DIY repair unless you have the tools to fix it) “Ghosting “ is usually caused by a bad T-con board and so can the vertical lines. It is less likely but possible that those are caused by a bad main board. Concern are the horizontal issue with most commonly are a “bad panel” Post a picture showing the whole screen at once (right side up) so we can see it more clearly.

@tomask this is a panel issue. Your driver boards have failed and those can’t be replaced by a DIY’er since they are specially bonded to the LCD. You may have to start looking for a replacement
