SB 2 13.5: Spilled coffee, works when plugged in, shuts off otherwise
Surface Book 2 13.5.
I spilled coffee underneath the base. Turns on and works but immediately turns off when I unplug the charger.
Battery 1 is showing 0% (keyboard battery).
Battery 2 is showing 100% (tablet battery).
Did I ruin just the battery in the keyboard base? The charging port?
Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.

You may have damaged the part that measures the battery capacity or the battery itself and it may say it holds a charge when in actuality it does not, or it cannot supply the charge
