I am trying to find someone or somewhere that can fix my quest 2. It has charging issues.

Sorry iFixit is a self help site. You might find a repair clinic locally to see if someone there can help you. Otherwise you’ll need to talk with Oculus to find someone.

If it is under warranty then you can send it in to meta to get it fixed, but if it is out of warranty, then follow the disassembly guide to the point of the battery and get a replacement.
