My earpiece speaker mesh is dented

I just bought xs max and i dont know how my earpiece speaker mesh is pushed inwards the sound is working perfectly and other people can’t even notice but i’m concerned that its still waterproof or not? And what should I do now the sound quality is as it was before and I even don’t know how it happened. plz help
