Is Microsoft Surface Pro 7 i7-1065G7 overheating fixable?
Is it worth to try change a cooler or repaste? Given that I almost certainly will break the screen?

does the cooling device turn on and attempt to run? if so first try a repaste, if not you would then have to change the cooling device.
