This error is a sensor within the Trackpad.

I would start off replacing it MacBook Air 11" (Mid 2013-Early 2015) Trackpad and here’s the guide MacBook Air 11" Early 2015 Trackpad Replacement

If that fails to fix things then you have to look at the back side of the logic board for damage from spillage.
