What LG G7 Thin Q parts is needed for Water damage?

do I need to replace all the parts if it has water damage? I can see moist in the front and back camera area. The water damage happened more than a year ago. I plugged it into charge and the light turns green but after that there’s a red light that continuously blocks on and off. Screen stays off but you can see a very faint light in the background. Everything that’s stored onto the phone is very important for work.
