Only screen saver comes on, will not move from that screen
When turned on only screen saver shows, touch screen not working, mouse does nothing

when you boot it keep clicking the F5 button and go into safemode. than test if stuff works.

I brought it to someone who reset it by holding the on/off button for 30 seconds. The Wave browser messed up my computer.

@dlandry1117 you didn't need to reset it. If you went into safemode we could have uninstalled it.
