Disc drive not falling into place after being inserted

Hey, my disc drive on my PS3 Slim has some issues. When I insert a disc, the disk gets in the drive, but keeps spinning inside of there, i think that the drive is not putting the disc into place when it is inserted. The PS3 does not recognize it at all.

Any suggestions?
