Hi,I have a refurbished iPhone and I bought it 100% battery Health, after couple of weeks battery Health dropped to 98% and now battery service message appeared!
I think battery performance is good it makes about 5 hours of normal using for a full charge .

If you bought it refurbished, chances are part of the refurbishing process was installing a new battery. But depending on who refurbished it, there is a strong possibility that it will not be an OEM battery. Which is fine, depending on the battery. But it may just be a sub par or faulty battery was installed. In my experience, a battery which still has a high reported capacity, but the phone says it needs service, is almost always this.
The iPhone 8+ I do not believe warns about third party batteries so without opening the device you may not have a way to know for sure. If it hasn’t been very long since you purchased I might contact the whoever you bought it from. Otherwise it likely needs a new battery.

The best thing is the iPhone still under warranty so I will contact them to fix the problem
