I cannot reset the BatMobile

The Batmobile in this moment not found, not is posible to connect with WiFi. I try to make a reset factory. I locale the reset button on the small hole, press for 10 seconds with the batmobile is turned on, release the button, wait 3 seconds, turn off and on the batmobile but the WiFi of the batmobile not is available. please to help me.
