Apple logo appears for 3 seconds then goes away; loops on charger

Have an Apple Watch Series 6 here that I did a screen replacement on, everything seemed to go fine, after putting the new screen on though it won’t boot. At first it just sat at the “charger snake” screen, then it went to looping the Apple logo. If I take it off the charger and hold the button the Apple logo will come on for 3 seconds then go off. What in the world is happening here and how to do I fix it? I already tried another battery
