Replacing CPU to 3Ghz
I would like to replace CPU to 3Ghz.
The current cpu is 2Ghz Core 2 Duo.
Is it possible?

I know of no documents out there that would support upgrading the processor to a 3GHz. On some of the older Macs there was info on what resisters needed to be altered and what CPU's can be used but I have not seen any of this for the intel iMac's

Unfortunately, the processor is permanently mounted to the logic board in this model, so a replacement is not possible.
