Are displays between Mac Air (A2337) and Pro (A2338) INTERCHANGEABLE?

Hello, I have question - are displays between M1 Macbook Air (A2337) and M1 Macbook Pro (A2338) interchangeable?

Or are the connectors diffrent?

Thanks :)

Sadly they are not compatible with each other.

Correct. Just to clarify, in this case it is probably less the actual connectors (I haven't even checked if they are compatible or not) but the physical form factor of both the display assembly itself and way it connects to other parts of the display assembly/logic board.

If you look at the displays and the TCON board (the little board attached to the display with flex cables), the way they affix to the top case are quite different. Even the locations of the screws which physically attach the display to the chassis, are just slightly off. Parts just wouldn't line up. Even if the connectors were exactly the same and the pinouts were identical.

2020 MacBook Air M1 (A2337) will work on A2338. LCD and camera tested.

They may work if you connect the appropriate cables, but the housings and the way they mount are different.
