How do I install/wire power heated seats from ex accord into base lx?

i know how to bolt and unbolt seats.. i used power straight from my battery, but when i connect the white n black wire all i get is slide front and back no recline. Also i need to know which colors are for what on the car side of the harness. And also how to connect it all thru the fuse box. Also what are the 2 grey and blue plugs coming from my car for? I have searched every corner of the web and cannot find a good explanation.. thankyou.
