Why is my start button not working?

Hi,

My quiet partner II start/resume button and cancel/delay buttons are not working. All other buttons light up when pressed.

Start/resume and cancel/delay light up and run when performing reset.

Is this a bad board? Bad buttons? This is an older model, is it worth the repair?
