Why is my computer not turning on?
My computer will make a sound like it is coming on and the screen lights up a light grey color but nothing ever comes up on the screen. Any ideas what could be wrong?

There might be an operating system problem if you are getting a grey screen. Restore your iOS to the previous working condition.
