panasonic TC42P1 with a solid amber light on

I have a panasonic TC42P1 with a solid amber light on, but no remote how do I fix this ?

I also have a panasonic TH42PX70B with a solid red light and no remote, how can I fix this one too.

Is there a hard reset button somewhere on either ?
