Why am I getting error code 1304 when trying to restore?

I’m trying to restore my iPhone 11 and the progress bar gets to about 80% and then on the Mac it says “could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (3014). 1303.ffff”and won’t finish. I have tried restoring probably 15 times and it’s been the same. What do I need to do?

I ve tried to load the phone first, fully. Mine is quite new, thus batteries should be okey. Also unplugged both battery plugs and put them in again. Funny is, the phone boots, the phone connects to the USB, the phone can be put in DFU mode... even the new screen I installed works.

I replaced the old screen back in, since it is only cracked but still works.

I cannot startup the phone with the genuine hardware either anymore, same error. This was before getting a new update of the os, all working normal. The phone was working fine for me.... except cracked screen.

Is is possible to get more information on behave a repair, I already paid for a screen?

I hear one answer, says an apple server cannot be reached, is there a way to check it? I've tried to connect the macbook pro to the telecom internet trhough a hotspot instead of my home router. Are there firewalls in place to be able to disable?
