My lenovo legion Y530 laptop problems after replacing power adaptor

My lenovo legion Y530 laptop has the following problems after replacing the power adapter with a new one.
1. With the charging cable connected and the laptop turned off, the battery charges correctly. However, when you turn on the laptop and keep the charging cable plugged in, the screen begins to flash, indicating that charging is necessary, the charge LED begins to flash.
If I disconnect the charging cable the laptop works normally powered by the battery.
2. The fans do not work either.
If anyone has any experience they can share I would appreciate it
Thanks in advance Jorge

Did you buy a genuine part from Lenovo, or an aftermarket adapter off of some "shady" site?

If it was an aftermarket one, I'd say it's likely it's not delivering enough power, even though it might say that it's compatible with your device. (It happens all too often with some Chinese products.)
