Touchscreen does not always allow ability to answer incoming calls
Should I get a new glass protector? I do have a protector for a Galaxy S10; is this possible to use?

does any of the touch screen functions work? or is it just to answer calls?

Remove the screen protector and clean off any residue then see of the touchscreen works better.
