Samsung rf28r7351sg aa water and ice dispenser not working

I have Samsung rf28r7351sg aa water and ice dispenser not working from the factory. Water pitcher fills and ice maker works. Three Samsung techs unable to find problem. Replaced Door, Dispenser, Control Card and upper door sensors. Suggestions?

Found problem. Cut wire on the wire harness coming from frig to left door. Wire repaired, problem solved.
