GE gsd2100v65ww immediately drains after filling

My DW recently stopped cycling. I was able to get a timer and replaced that successfully. However, now when the DW will fill with water, then immediately drain. It will cycle through. The first couple cycles. I do not want to let it run a to see if it will fully cycle. I am afraid of burning out the water pump by doing that. The DW seems to be stuck in drain mode/cycle.

Is the solenoid?
