@zora2018 as @guardian10 already pointed out, iFixit does not do repairs. Here you get empowered to repair your own device. Check on this guide and see if you can find anything loose or odd looking. For now, I would consider replacing the drive itself since it does not come on.Nintendo GameCube Optical Drive Assembly Replacement - iFixit Repair Guide It could be a deeper issue so you wan to check the power to the drive. You need a few tools as listed on the guide as well as a multimeter. Even an inexpensive one will work for this. Repair is war on entropy. So let's get it fixed.

If it’s not spinning up and not loading I’d suggest finding and fitting a new laser unit. Loads of vids on YouTube on how to fix things if you want to try yourself.
