Printing only black and white not colour
It ony prints black and white not colours when we want colour printout

Probably you should check :
1- if the printing settings are correct ( go to control panel then devices and printers -> choose your printer device -> advance setting -> change it as you want.
2- check the printer it self ( colors container available or not).
