Hello everyone,, I recently replaced a front camera/sensor flex on my iphone 8 plus. I know that true tone will disappear., but also can’t add any finger print to my touch id. Every time i try the screen just flicker/jumps up and down. Please any help appreciated. Thanks

I can think of a couple things. If it was just the front camera flex you replaced, my inkling is that the home button flex which goes from the display to the logic board may be pinched or was damaged during the repair.
Does Home button work? What was the reason for replacing the front facing flex?

You won't lose true tone as that's programmed to the screen itself. If you've just replaced the top ribbon then you won't of done anything with the home button apart from disconnected the ribbon from the motherboard. Open up the phone again and disconnect all three cables and reseat them making sure they are seated properly, especially the home button connection. Also check for dirt in the connectors whilst you're in there.
