Brother Printer DCP-T420W. I already checked inside the printer, there are no jammed paper or any debris. When i turn on my brother printer it gives instant jammed paper error and a small sound of the Header and then the green and red light (exclamation mark) are blinking.

@maykho could be an issue with the feeder rollers. Clean those with some isopropyl alcohol and some cotton swabs. Of course make sure that you check all the paper path for any potentially stuck paper (even torn paper edges can trigger this).
