Please my A10s Samsung phone wifi and Bluetooth are not working

Hello! So there’s quite a few reasons why this might not be working:

1: They might be turned off. In the settings under wifi/internet, there’s a little slider for both wifi and Bluetooth. Sometimes they turn off (especially Bluetooth), so turning them back on (or off and back on if they’re already enabled) could fix it.

2: Firmware Issue (1). This is a bit more annoying. Sometimes there can be an issue with the software that runs your phone, so doing a factory reset can help. You can do it from the settings, but keep in mind this WILL ERASE EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE, and you might need your google account to get back in once it resets. Be sure to back up your dad to an SD card/computer if possible.

3: Firmware Issue (3): if the factory reset does not work, you could attempt to re-flash your phone. THIS ALSO DELETES EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE, and you’ll need your google account to get back in. I can walk you through re-flashing the firmware to your phone if the above two didn’t work.

4: Chip/antenna on board is bad. This is the sulkiest option, and requires opening up the phone and either replacing the antenna wire (A10 used a small coax cable as an antenna wire I believe) or somehow replacing the chip on the board that controls it. This requires micro-soldering skills and motherboard schematics. I won’t be able to walk you through this one unfortunately, but there might be a guide or repair shop that can help in your area.
