Thank u, my galaxy no longer has service which is why I can't figure out how to transfer from it to the iPhone which the service was switched over to. It's my husband's phone, he upgraded to an iPhone and has never even used one, we both have always had Android (he regrets it, but it's too late). I found out when it came in the mail and he's stubborn so ignored my suggestion to go to a Verizon store for help and now we are both confused and can't figure out how to work it. I would've never allowed him to get it had I known because he has no idea how to work it.
Also, the sd card doesn't work in the iPhone?
Service shouldn't be required, as long as its wifi is working. Apple has you download their iOS transfer app to the android phone then the two phones connect to each other via wifi.
And no, the SD card won't work in the iPhone; no iPhone has ever supported add-in memory.
