Shades on the screen
After replacing the screen the phone powered up but the display has some shades that appear like shadows to widgets and some screens as shown by the pictures , how can that be solved

Adjust brightness settings. Try turning down the brightness and contrast on your TV and watch some varied content; it might go away on its own.
Enable Pixel-Shift.
Play a colorful video.
Get a replacement TV.

Peter, it may be my old eyes, but for the life of me I can't figure out what the problem you're describing is.
"...shades that appear like shadows to widgets..." - what does that even mean?
