Device will no longer hold a charge. How to replace the battery?

My Chromebook led lights will only show red and no longer will charge. I'm assuming that it's the battery since both USB -C ports appear to be working and I have tried multiple chargers. I saw that I'll need to remove the rubber strips and multiple screws to get into it. But my question is how to purchase a new battery as well as the process of replacing it.
