Coffee ends up in waste container

Really hope someone can help, have tried to disassemble, but there is no apparant problem. (The model is actually HD8652 but is was not in the list)

Water functions, but when brewing coffee nothing comes out the nostrils, but some end up in the waste container. Have tried to clean with needle off course
