Get head strap with "middle shell"?

Hello,

Was wondering if possible to get head strap with "middle shell" already attached? I had seen an eBay listing awhile ago and never bought it. Think it might be easier to install with both as a unit vice having to gamble with a threaded insert that might be a bear to get
