Hello, my hotspot stops working randomly every 30 min approximately, it doesn't turn off but when I try to access a website it says that I'm not connected, after restarting the phone the problem resolves. what could be the problem?

Hi,
Check what settings are available in Networks > WiFi Settings > Additional settings.
The user manual doesn't show what settings are available but if there is one called Auto switch to mobile data or similar try disabling it. Alternatively, enable Ask before switching if that setting is there.
