If Win 10 is the OS try installing the drivers in Compatibility mode.
Right click on the setup file you downloaded and click on Properties > Compatibilty and select an earlier version on Windows e.g. Win 7 or even Win XP and then check if they install OK.
According to research online the device is not compatible with Win 10
