Why the IP Address cannot be obtained to my PlayStation 4 Slim?

How can I fix my PlayStation 4 Slim?

I cannot obtain the IP Address every time I try to connect to my PS4 Slim my WiFi still works. I can still use my PS4 Slim but I cannot use the online systems or updates. I would like to know what steps I need to take to fix my PS4 Slim and if there are any specific tools or parts I need to purchase.

Edit: I tried to reset the modum but it doesn't work and it's breaking/corrupting my little brother tv and HDMI something is very wrong with the ps4

This is likely going to have to do with your router, which is probably serving as the DHCP host on your home network. Try turning it off and on again.

I already tried that and the PS4 Slim still cannot to the Wi-Fi.

First, try resetting your modem and router to see if that helps. You can also reset your PS4's network settings and restart the console. If none of those steps work, you may need to dig a little deeper and check your router's settings to make sure your PS4 is allowed to connect.
