Shop to test battery for my tablet

Hello

I am having trouble finding online shop from which I could easily buy and return battery for my lenovo thinkpad.

I need it because its not turning on, it just sends a vibration when holding power on button for 3 secs.

I tried to charge battery but it sucks very little current.

I think either the battery is screwed or display.

I dont have equipment for display replacement.

Could somebody recommend me some shop, or further diagnostic process?

It would help a lot. Thanks

Karel Jína, iFixit, at present, has no global list of trusted shops, and you didn’t include where on this tiny blue rock you’re located, which makes it even more problematic to suggest something.

You say it sucks very little current; How much? Did you use a USB amp meter to check current draw?
