430 media center does not work. What is the restart code?

2010 TC. 430 media center (MC) does not work. I took the fuse out for 30 seconds and reinstalled. Still not working. These MC have many recalls and the dealer wants $1000+ to replace. Does any one know some of the 'reset' codes? ty
