Brand new ifixit battery replacement smells like nail polish
I just got a replacement battery from ifixit and when opening the package it smells intensely of nail polish. I can't find any liquid or holes on the battery and after removing the battery it doesn't smell nearly as much as before but the bag still smells quite strongly. Is this a faulty battery or is it just from manufacturing conditions?
